My kitchen sink pipe broke and flooded my kitchen. I was referred to DCR by my home insurance company. Mack came to my home for an initial assessment. He is so knowledgeable, caring and very professional. He took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions.

Mack and his crew are so friendly and efficient. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I'm so please with their work. They made the clean-up process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a leaky water heater in a condo I listed that was in escrow. It was at the same time as the Red Lodge floods, and I couldn't find ANYONE to come out and help me and inspection was in 3 days. Sam showed up and took care of everything super-fast! He was responsive, on top of things, and very available anytime I called or had questions. Sam had everything dried out and taken care of before inspection and even tested it for us so we were all good. The big boss Mack everything himself and make sure it was properly taken care of before they removed all the equipment. Mack pushed the stove and fridge back for me with his big muscles when he didn't have to!!!

I called DCR because of their recommendation by our insurance company and that I did have coverage. They were AWESOME! DCR made us feel at ease, had a water mitigation plan, told us what DCR was going to do AND what to expect next with the insurance company as far as replacement of the damage (that in itself is a whole new story).
After the initial removal of all the wet carpet, and bubbled Pergo, Mack was assigned to do the rest of the water mitigation plan - this included removing all the ceramic tile flooring that lifted, removing cabinets and furniture that soaked up water, removing dry wall that had soaked up water, and setting up the fans and dehumidifiers.
He even brought us boxes and tape to pack up our household items and personal effects.
Mack was the man!
He was informative, professional, personable, and wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the progress of his work.
He labored tirelessly for 3 days...
